What is a daily schedule like during a WIIT program?

They kept us very busy. We got up early, had breakfast and then had two different types of group therapy before lunch. After lunch we had two more groups. After dinner we had a recreation group and a peer support group. Then we had some time to do our individual written and art assignments.
