WIIT is a psychiatric program for women who have acute symptoms associated with psychological trauma, including grief, loss, depression, post traumatic stress, and dissociative disorders. WIIT offers a safe environment where women can experience the support and assistance they need to regain their lives. WIIT offers inpatient and intensive outpatient programs.

I found out that Dr. tollefson and his staff have been treating trauma survivors for about ten years now. The WIIT treatment team is made up of specially selected and trained Doctoral and Masters level licensed clinical social workers, licensed mental health counselors, licensed marriage and family therapists, and psychiatric nurses and technicians.
