Hollywood Pavilion accepts most forms of insurance and self pay. Insurance benefits need to be verified by the hospital prior to admission. Please do not rely on your own inquiry. Even if the hospital is not a regular provider for your insurance company, they may be able to arrange a one time contract for your treatment.
